Demo of Moka POS for Retail Business


Hello! This demonstration video will show you how to use Moka POS as your point of sale in retail business such as clothing store, book store, bazaar, etc In the main interface, you can see there are 3 tabs at the bottom: “Favorite”, which shows frequent selling item “Library”, which shows complete menu by the categories and finally, “Custom Amount” to input custom amounts for items that are not registered in the library Back to the “Favorite” page Let’s say a customer wants to buy a floral dress you can directly select the item And there will be a pop up where you can select the size and color as variant For example, you can select small and white as variant we can also apply discounts Press save to finalise order into the chart You can also use Moka Barcode Scanner to scan the barcode on the item’s tag Moka POS also offer CRM feature where you can select a registered customer data or for the new customers, you can apply the information in here When doing check out, Moka offers a feature for you to identify which Server were serving the customers As for the available payment methods, there are: “Cash” “Card” and “Other” For payment with card, Moka provides “mPOS” which integrated directly to Moka apps For retail business owner, Invoice feature is very useful if the payment will be done in the specific term You can put the customer’s name and also the due date Press “send” to send email to your customer All the transactions can be seen in the “Activity” tab Where you can find out the details and items in the transaction The number of stocks in the warehouse can be found in the “Inventory” tab For example, you want to check the stock of Nike Jordan Sneakers size 44 you can just search the item and you can save time rather than search manually in the warehouse You can access all of the reports in realtime at Moka Back Office On Moka POS website, you can log in with the registered email address On the dashboard, you can see all the sales report If you have multiple branches, you can monitor all the reports in each branches or all of them by selecting the option on the outlet menu drop down You can see the sales reports daily and get analytic of which day or which hour is busy You can also see top selling items from each categories For a more complete report You can get into “Report” page On “Report” tabs, you can see reports such as “Sales Summary” “Payment Methods”, to see the sales report based on payment method And also “Item Sales”, for sales report of each item between a specific time period All the reports can be exported into exel file. On the “Invoice” page, you can check the payment status of each customers Payment status can be filtered to see which invoice is paid, partially paid, or overdue. click the “Resend” button, to resending the overdue invoice to the customer On the “Library” tab, will be shown all of the items in the outlet and you can make changes by creating/adding changing, or deleting the available items You can also check the stock of Floral dress if it’s still available in you outlet. On the “Summary Inventory” tab, you track the stock in your outlet. For example last month: at first, the stock of Floral Dress is 100 pieces And then, there’s an addition about 100 pieces The item were sold about 50 pieces So you have 150 pieces of floral dress in stock. You can add more stock by ordering to your “Suppliers” through the “Purchase Order” tab If you have more that 1 outlet, you can “transfer” items from one to the other outlets If there’re mismatching in manual stock opname, you can update them in the “Adjustment” tab Customer tab, shows the customer database of past transaction in your outlets On the”Feedback” page, you can see all the feedbacks your customers wrote via email receipt From here you can get all the critiques, from how well or bad the service and you can also response to all the feedbacks from your customers On the “Employees” tab, you can make accounts for your staffs and put them in specific outlets Moka prioritises security, so you can put authorization code for transaction to reduce fraud and other unwanted things For you who have multiple outlets, You can add more outlets in this tab.
